Shipping Policy
1. Overview
At Logo Water, we are committed to providing our customers with a reliable and efficient
shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, carriers, and
delivery expectations for all bottled water orders placed through our website or
authorized sales channels.
2. Shipping Regions
We currently ship orders within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international
destinations.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
- Orders of 24 cases or fewer are shipped via FedEx Ground.

Orders exceeding 24 cases are shipped via trusted freight carriers, including
but not limited to: -
- TForce Freight
- AAA Cooper
- R&L Carriers
- Averitt Express
We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on shipment size, weight, destination, and delivery schedule.
4. Processing and Transit Times
Orders are typically produced in around 15 business days after payment confirmation. Transit times vary based on destination and carrier availability, but most deliveries occur within 1-5 business days from the date of shipment.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
5. Delivery Requirements
For freight shipments, customers must ensure that the delivery location is accessible for trucks and that an authorized individual is available to accept and sign for the delivery. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts caused by missed appointments when applicable.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and
delivery location. Any applicable charges will be disclosed at checkout.
7. Damages and Claims
Customers are responsible for inspecting all deliveries upon arrival. Any visible damage or missing cases should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. Claims for damaged or missing products must be submitted to Logo Water within 5 business days of receipt, along with supporting documentation and photos if applicable.
8. Address changes
Requests to change the delivery address of an order must be submitted before the order has shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled or rerouted. For assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department at (470)657-1146.
